Originally from Brazil, my culinary curiosity began while cooking with my family. I graduated from Culinary School in Brasil and began my career traveling the world and working alongside chefs across five continents, curating dishes that combined local ingredients, traditions & kitchen techniques. Over the course of ten years, I have gathered experiences that I blend into my dishes. I am intuitive chef who uses my knowledge to provide the best experience for all who join me at my table.
